Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team in a Google Customer Service support role. As a Virtual Assistant, you will help provide top-tier support to Google users, addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with account management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting Google users with account-related issues and inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (preferably in a technical or support role). Virtual assistant experience is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Google products (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be able to explain technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Remote Work Skills: Comfortable working in a remote setting, managing time independently, and using communication tools like Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Technical Requirements: Access to a reliable internet connection and a computer capable of handling video conferencing and remote work tasks.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with Google support or similar tech company.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and support ticketing systems.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
