Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant for Toyota, you will play a critical role in providing administrative and operational support to our team. This is a remote, part-time position that offers flexible working hours, perfect for individuals who are highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to emails, schedule meetings, and handle day-to-day communication.
- Assist with data entry, document management, and report generation.
- Help coordinate virtual meetings, webinars, and other events.

- Conduct research and assist with special projects as needed.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
