Key Responsibilities

  1. Administrative Support:

    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  2. Communication Management:

    • Draft, edit, and organize emails and reports on behalf of executives.
    • Respond promptly to client and internal communication.
  3. Project Coordination:

    • Assist in the preparation of meetings, including agendas and presentations.

  4. Data Management:

    • Maintain accurate records and organize digital files.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
