About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Data Entry Specialist to join our team and support Toyota's customer service operations remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and managing customer service data, processing inquiries, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating customer records, service orders, and feedback forms in Toyota's CRM system.
- Process customer service inquiries, ensuring all information is accurately captured and entered into the system.
- Maintain and organize customer information, including order statuses, returns, and repair requests.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic customer queries and escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
- Monitor and track service data to ensure consistency and compliance with Toyota’s standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and effective communication.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college experience or a degree is a plus).
- Previous experience in data entry or customer service is preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data management.
- Comfortable using computers, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (knowledge of CRM tools is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment and manage your schedule effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Toyota's products or services is a plus but not mandatory.
