Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to JetBlue’s customer service, operations, and management teams.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone (if necessary) in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist with scheduling, data entry, and managing flight-related requests.
  • Help with customer booking issues, modifications, and general inquiries.
  • Handle travel documentation and other airline-specific administrative tasks.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of JetBlue policies, services, and products to assist customers effectively.
  • Ensure all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications:

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in administration or customer service are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative roles, or virtual assistant work is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic customer support tools (CRM, ticketing systems, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy policies.
  • Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
