Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to JetBlue’s customer service, operations, and management teams.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone (if necessary) in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and managing flight-related requests.
- Help with customer booking issues, modifications, and general inquiries.
- Handle travel documentation and other airline-specific administrative tasks.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of JetBlue policies, services, and products to assist customers effectively.
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications:
- Must be based in the USA.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in administration or customer service are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative roles, or virtual assistant work is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic customer support tools (CRM, ticketing systems, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy policies.
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
