About the Role:

As a Virtual Assistant, you will assist clients and customers by providing high-quality support related to Google services and products. This is a remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home, while still being a vital part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service support via email, live chat, and phone, specifically addressing inquiries related to Google services and tools.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues with Google products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Drive, Gmail, etc.).
- Manage and organize customer queries, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Follow up on outstanding issues, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in Google’s products and services to offer informed assistance.
Requirements:
- Location: Must be based in the United States.
- Proven experience in customer service or as a virtual assistant (preferably with Google products).
- Strong knowledge of Google’s tools, applications, and services.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using various communication platforms, including email, chat, and video calls.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other Google services.

- Previous experience working in a virtual or remote environment.
