Job Overview:

As part of our remote workforce, you’ll assist with a variety of administrative tasks, manage data, and support day-to-day operations for clients, including Google-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and records.
  • Provide administrative support by managing calendars, emails, and scheduling meetings.

  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Must have reliable internet access and a functional work setup.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or other data management software.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content management.
