Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide information and assistance on products, orders, and shipping inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Work independently in a home office environment with a commitment to meeting performance goals and targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
